Right now, as a small business focused on keeping prices low, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
No limits!


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, we do! We happily accept returns for any manufacturing faults, as well as honest mistakes made in your order. Our goal is always to provide great service and top-quality products.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY HORSE FOR A CUSTOM HALTER?
Find the CUSTOM ORDERS tab under PRODUCTS in the navigation bar.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY ROPE COLOUR?
You’ll find our regular rope colours in the selection tabs. If you’re after a specific colour, we’re more than happy to source it for you. Just keep in mind the price may be a little different from our stocked range, as postage and limited length costs can apply.
